I spent three unforgettable days with Ira and Taras. At the time, my main focus was creating their wedding film (yes, I actually began my journey with wedding videography). But before the big day, we also managed to shoot a love story session and a bachelorette gathering!
Their wedding was something truly special — a traditional Slavic pagan ceremony, complete with ancient gods, sacred rituals, and a deep connection to nature and ancestral traditions. To truly feel the atmosphere of that day, I recommend watching the film (you’ll find it on my YouTube channel).

They also have the most incredible love story — one that truly feels like fate. Ira once made a wish under the full moon to meet her true love… and not long after, Taras appeared. He was the first single man to enter their home since then — lost, wandering, and guided by a strange inner pull that told him to stop and step inside. It sounds like something out of a fairytale — and honestly, being there to witness their wedding felt just as magical.
